History of Ninnescah/Cunningham, Kansas: The Ninnescah Post Office was established in 1885 and town built up.  The Town of Cunningham was started in 1887.  From Wikipedia: There was a movement among the locals to move the town of Ninnescah to Cunningham. Some buildings were physically moved from Ninnescah to Cunningham in 1887 and 1888. A tornado destroyed most of Ninnescah on March 24, 1888, which sealed its fate.
Cunningham History

At one time there was a community called Bross in Kingman Township, Kingman County Kansas.  It appears in this 1887 Atlas in in other old maps.  There was Post Office in Bross from 1880 to 1888:
